I have followed the breadcrumbs, trusting that each step will take me along the path to my true essence.  Hence The Essential Path. In an ideal world, i am following my bliss in pure awareness and balance. In reality, I am struggling with the best, sometimes allowing the journey to unfold without expectations and sometimes meeting the journey with great resistance and fury.

I was a misfit trying hard to fit into the corporate world for fifteen years, then awakened and took another path.  Literally, I  started The Essential Path.  As a personal coach, a business consultant and a Pilates Instructor, I began to work with artists, writers, designers, all kinds of wonderful creative people.

I still hold closely and nuture my own essential path, knowing there is more wealth to come, the land is untilled but well nourished, ready to grow another crop when the time and conditions are right.
